NCATS, a major research component of NIH, is seeking applications from exceptional candidates for a program officer (program director) position in the Education and Training Section of the Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) Program Branch within the center’s Division of Clinical Innovation (DCI). Candidates should have recognized leadership abilities and demonstrated innovation and expertise in clinical research. The CTSA Program is an innovative national network of more than 50 medical research institutions that aims to improve human health by transforming the research and training environment to enhance the efficiency and quality of clinical and translational research. The Education and Training Section plans, conducts and supports the CTSA Education and Training Program in training and cultivating the translational science workforce and fostering the development of the field of translational science.
